City deploys new digital parking permit and enforcement solutions to improve the user and staff experience

Wilmington, Del. (Dec. 30, 2024) — In partnership with parking compliance and curbside payment solutions provider, Passport, the City of Wilmington, Delaware is enhancing its parking permit and enforcement operations with Passport’s platform.

As of November 18th, 2024, the City is streamlining permit management for more than 8,950 active permits, driving higher parking compliance rates, creating a better user experience, and providing better access to insights and data. With this system in place, Wilmington residents have a secure and easy method to apply and pay for permits, and the City is equipped with dynamic tools and insightful reports for finance, inventory management, usage trends and waitlists.
