Yelp Launches New Feature For Asking and Answering Questions About Any Business

Yelp’s newest feature? Question and Answers. The self-explanatory feature allows users to do just that — ask the mobile app a question about a business and get an answer. Currently, some of the top questions include things such as the amount of time it takes to get to an airport, if a particular bar allows dogs, as well as a personal favorite — The Bachelorette. In a world where we’d rather write a Yelp review than submit a comment card, it’s interesting to see how Yelp aims to improve the user experience.
