Jacksonville Transit Authority found success with Passport’s transit management platform, including a private label mobile ticketing app for riders known as MyJTA, and customized software for hardware validation. The app is available for all JTA bus, ferry, and Gameday Xpress fare purchases. MyJTA allows riders to plan, track and pay for their fares, while providing the Jacksonville Transit Authority with insightful data on their riders. The mobile solution launched in record time and contributed to JTA’s Outstanding Public Transportation Achievement Award from APTA in 2016.
